I met Joana two years before hiring her, when she put on a community event for local artists. She was incredibly helpful throughout the listing process, pulling multiple comps for pricing and taking great pictures of the property. She was responsive to my questions and requests for adjustments. When we had a delay due to the co-op process, she was proactive and communicative with all parties. She is the reason we were able to get the deal complete in as quick a timeline as possible despite co-op delays, and she's been helpful since the deal closed in helping deal with some post-closing issues.
